How PET Perform machine working:
Clamping: The mold is securely closed with high force.
Injection & Packing: Molten PET is injected into the mold cavity at high pressure. A holding phase follows to pack in more material and prevent shrinkage.
Cooling & Plasticating: The preform cools and solidifies in the water-cooled mold. Simultaneously, the screw rotates to melt and prepare the next shot of material.
Ejection: The mold opens, and the finished preforms are ejected.
